Client: Booz Allen / IRS ECM (SIS)Job Description:Key Role:We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and
partnering with stakeholders to document and communicate business functionality (both technical and business stakeholders). In addition, hands-on experience developing BA
deliverables: process flows, use cases, and presenting current state/target state architecture.Basic Qualifications:Experience with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and delivering business process flows, use cases and other deliverables
Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences (i.e. technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, other)
Experience conducting business research/interviews in support of business capabilities/features
Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and application platforms
Experience with the design of complex IT solutions involving multiple software applications, processing platforms, and integration software
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with delivering solutions using Agile SAFe framework
Knowledge of Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tools
Experience with EA modeling and visualization tools, including Visio, Tableau, and PowerPoint
Experience in working with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Experience with leading projects, tasks, or teams
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices
Experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks
Knowledge of current architecture and technology paradigms and concepts, including Object-Oriented Paradigm, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture (EDA)Refer a friend and make up to $2000! Contact us for details.
