Job Title: Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Work with IT teams and vendors to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Provide ongoing support for project management activities, including status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for end-users and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with requirements management software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work deliverables.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
