The Business Analyst / Scrum Master will be a key player in optimizing business processes and ensuring the agile team’s success. They will be responsible for eliciting and defining business requirements, as well as facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments for the development team.Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes and define, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Lead discovery workshops and map out business requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Define user stories for the development backlog and assist in accepting completed stories.
  • Generate test plans for the business to confirm UAT prior to deployments.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to the development team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and communicate expectations to business stakeholders.

QualificationsRequirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
