Are you ready to shape the future with us?Your new adventureWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager of BRP-Rotax and will be responsible for managing the key stakeholder management process, creating executive presentations, overseeing employee communication meetings, and managing the Powertrain Business Governance agenda. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• In this role you will be responsible for defining and documenting public relations processes and developing a comprehensive stakeholder master plan. Your focus will be on identifying and analyzing interests, measuring engagement and satisfaction, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the employer’s objectives.
• You create convincing presentations for top management, use modern visualization tools and pay attention to structure, design and targeted storytelling. You will manage several projects at the same time, measure the impact of the presentations and ensure that all materials are provided on time.
• Your responsibilities include preparing content from management meetings for company-wide staff meetings, designing effective presentations and ensuring target group-oriented communication.
• The role also includes organizing and leading weekly management meetings, including agenda management as well as following up on actions. You are ensuring that content and presentations are prepared professionally and that meetings run efficiently and in a structured manner. The aim is to deal with strategic issues and cover management expectations with meeting management.

Your experiences and skills

• Required qualifications: Experience in public relations, communications or business management as well as presentation and communication skills
• Technical knowledge: Confident with presentation software, graphic design and visualization tools
• Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of BRP Rotax processes
• Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Working environment and organization: Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver on time, dynamic, team-oriented with opportunities for professional development

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year, flexitime, in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
