An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Universal Products & Experiences Technology team as a Technical Business Analyst, in support of this dynamic and growing business.

As a Technical Business Analyst within UP&E, you will be instrumental in driving the business’ objectives for growth and transformation. With a focus on engagement with your colleagues in the business, you will take responsibility for the investigative work to determine business requirements and specify efficient business processes and solutions. You will also take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Product Approval Management platforms, form part of the team managing our implementation of Adobe’s Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service platform and support upstream and downstream integrations with other parts of our technology ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS:
Primary responsibilities will include:
Business Analysis and Client Engagement

Develop deliverables, including but not limited to, workflows, wireframes and process models, detailed business requirements, use cases, business rules, release notes, change management documentation, etc.

Follow established demand management process to engage business partners on requirements gathering
-
Follow established governance process to prioritize requests
-
Conduct requirement review with business users including external application teams
-
Contribute to discovery and requirements gathering sessions with business and technical teams, documenting functional requirements and use cases
Project Delivery
-
Partner with the project delivery team to assess technical feasibility and obtain estimates for the product backlog items
-
Manage blockers and impediments to the release plan
-
Identify and mitigate project risks
-
Develop and maintain project plans to track milestones and detailed tasks
-
Track open issues
-
Write and communicate project status
Quality Assurance
-
Oversee planning, organization, coordination, and execution of quality assurance activities
-
Create test strategy, and produce test scripts for medium to complex enhancements
-
Execute testing for medium to complex enhancements
Production Support
-
Perform analysis to resolve day-to-day production support issues
-
Generate monthly reports/metrics to identify trends in support themes
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
-
2+ years in business systems analysis with mastery of requirements gathering and process definition
-
A demonstrated track record of success in forging and developing excellent relationship with key business partners and stakeholders
-
Understanding of system architecture, integration, and software development processes along with experience managing application development in browser-based and mobile environments
-
Ability to demonstrate initiative, work on assigned development tasks independently, leverage team members and resources as necessary, apply critical and creative thinking, challenging the status quo where necessary
-
Ability to effectively prioritize, manage aggressive timelines and professionally navigate high pressure situations
-
Ability to quickly learn a broad array of technologies and apply that knowledge to real-world problems

Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with the internal team, business users, external partners, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Consumer Products Licensing and Media/Entertainment

Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service and/or Adobe Workfront
-
Technical proficiency in such areas as GitHub, Java and .NET
-
Experience with Azure APIs, VMs and Environment Configurations
-
Proficient with HTML, CSS and Javascript
-
Experience with Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., 6 Sigma, Lean)
-
Experience with various formal methodologies for Agile software development
-
Business savvy, with the ability to interpret technology issues for consumption by non-technology business partners
-
Experience with vendor management & collaboration with software and service providers
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $85,000 – $105,000
