Business Analyst in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are in search of a Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP, particularly in Sales and Distribution. The successful candidate will join our team based in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States. The role involves implementing, enhancing, and rolling out SAP solutions, conducting cross-functional impact analysis, and understanding SAP SD and APO integration.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance SAP SD and SAP CS modules.

• Conduct rollouts of SAP solutions.

• Conduct cross-functional impact analysis.

• Maintain end-to-end business process knowledge in SAP SD and other modules.

• Work with SAP SD and APO integration.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Gap Analysis tools.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks.

• Conduct AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Understand business process functions and business requirement documents.

• Administer claim administration processes.

• Utilize SAP and SAP SD Sales & Distribution knowledge. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira and CRM.

• Demonstrated experience in Gap Analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum.

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document.

• Experience in Claim Administration.

• Familiarity with SAP and SAP SD Sales & Distribution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
