Business Analyst in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a proven track record in PowerBI to join our client’s dynamic team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerBI

• Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business analysis activities for critical projects.

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models and documentation.

• Design and implement robust data models and visualizations using PowerBI.

• Create and maintain DAX code to optimize data analysis and reporting.

• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate protocols and controls.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

• Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize the value of data-driven solutions.

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
