Business Analyst in Neptune, New Jersey

Gather and analyze data and business requirements to facilitate various scrum ceremonies for multiple business systems and processes; translate high level requirements into detailed level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value within time and cost constraints; create of high level and low-level Process Flow, and maintain a story backlog to ensure readiness of user stories for the upcoming sprint; develop actionable acceptance criteria, and work with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes convey the purpose and intent; conduct requirement verification and validation sessions to gather mapping functional and business requirements; perform impact, risk and GAP analysis, and review test plans, test cases, and traceability to ensure high quality products are delivered; develop artifacts, such as system requirement document (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Functional Specification Document (FSD), and handle defect remediation process.
