Are you a seasoned Business Analyst looking to make a significant impact? We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team and bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery by:

• Uncovering Business Needs: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, document, and refine complex business requirements.

• Optimizing Processes: Analyzing existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and designing efficient solutions.

• Leveraging Data: Conducting in-depth data analysis to support informed decision-making and validate requirements.

• Driving Solutions: Partnering with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications and ensure alignment between strategy and implementation.

• Ensuring Quality: Leading user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet expectations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Communicating Effectively: Building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively conveying complex information across all levels of the organization.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on complex projects and process improvement.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building trust.

• Technical acumen and experience working closely with development teams.

• Understanding of project management methodologies and a proven ability to deliver results.
