A day in the life of…

Plays a connecting role between market business requestor for analytical dashboards and CoS data visualization. Translates business analytical requirements into technical language through data sources architechture, design and mock-up tables creation. Plays a key role in connecting with ASL (Analytics Service Line) and IBS to ensure transparecy and alignment between IBS and Global IT teams. Consults market on PowerBI capabilities and opportunities they have in the area of analytics in order to support market growth and user experience.

Having Business and functional background works with the markets and Center in order to identify new analytics opportunities

• Consults on PowerBI capabilities to serve market needs.

• Consolidates and categorizes dashboarding demand, provides input to Data and Dashboarding lead in order to be discussed during IBS governance

• Collaborate with ASL team to assess Globaly available solutions to consult market on their request

• Assesses analytics ideas and proposes improvements. Works with market SPOCs per function during discovery phase, assesses market ideas and consults ideas relevance vs. effort

Translates requirements into tech specification for Data visualization. responsible for RDD (Report Design Document creation)

• Asesses complexity basis Dashboard checklist

• Creates Data sources arechitechture design

• Collaborates with Business Intelligence Specialist as well market IT to understand hirerarchy of market data lakes and/or any external data sources

• Support API creation requests (through ServiceNow catalog)

• Requests needed roles and accesess for dashboard creation

• Develops analytical models and advices on design

• Develops mock-tables for the dashbard (later used for PowerBI creation)

• Advises on best data visualization options to serve the needs of the market supports with data story telling Responsible for dashboard deployment as per Data Visualization pipeline

• Advises on required man-hours

• Identify risks related with project execution

• Provides market with all necessary updates throughout project execution

In some cases can drive Dashboard creation form the beginning until the end including PowerBI data visualization

• Develops analytics/ data visualization supporting documentation within agreed standards, including documentation for trouble-shooting.

• Ensures continuous capability building and technical support for developed analytics/ data visualization

What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. will be a plus

• Experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area

• Extensive project management experience

• Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial

• Strong experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization

• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
