We are in search of a Financial Business Analyst to join our client’s team situated in Lexington, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be involved in various tasks including system design, software configuration, user requirements analysis, and other relevant business activities. This role is crucial in understanding our existing business practices and developing new processes or procedural changes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze user requirements to improve system capabilities.

• Develop an understanding of the existing business environment for efficient functional expertise.

• Work on system design and software configuration tasks.

• Act as a liaison between the user community and project team, ensuring smooth communication.

• Reconcile user requirements with new system capabilities.

• Develop and document test scenarios with users and coordinate their execution.

• Author functional designs for new functionality and systems.

• Configure new reporting and analytical solutions according to business needs.

• Prepare end-user training and coordinate its implementation.

• Contribute to overall project status reporting and monitor its progress.

• Utilize skills such as Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Cost Accounting, D365, and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for efficient task completion.

Requirements • Proficiency in Gap Analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Familiarity with Cost Accounting

• Proficiency in D365

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
