Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Business Analyst based at our Greenville , NC location.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business teams to provide technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Collaborate with management and IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements and improvements.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, offering expert technical advice.

• Analyze business information and recommend efficient solutions that support the organization’s goals.

• Identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes, recommending improvements where necessary.

• Establish connections between HYMH business systems and the systems used by dealers.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Familiarity with technical infrastructure and systems.

• Experience with project management control techniques (work plans, scope control, task dependencies).

• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business improvement processes.

• Proficiency in business analysis, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.

• Excellent computer skills, especially with Windows-based programs.

• Knowledge of general business processes within your area of expertise.
