  • Business Analysis
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose business solutions to enhance performance.
  • Rollout Management
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the rollout.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software and familiarity with ERP systems, MES systems, data analysis tools, and business process modeling software.
