• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis, including the creation of detailed documentation for requirements, system design, and implementation.
• Experience testing builds for an enterprise IT project, with a focus on defect reporting.
• Experience delivering implementation support services for an enterprise IT project.
• Experience as a state employee or as a consultant (public or private) engaging in Business Analysis activities to support state enterprises or agency-specific grants and financial management systems.
