Business Administrator in Redmond, Washington

We are looking for a Business Administrator to provide administrative support on our team. This role will interface with internal orgs as well as external customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain team calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization.

  • Make decisions regarding schedule prioritization aligned to the business priorities and customer/partner outcome.

  • Plan all logistics for domestic and international business travel for the team.

  • Coordinate team meetings, events and offsites, including meeting logistics.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

  • 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and organizational skills to effectively prioritize.

  • Knowledge of internal Microsoft tools a plus.

Business Support ATR-C – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $22.79 – $39.66 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $33.03 – $45.91 per hour.
