Mortgages (Banking & Financial Services)
Loan Management, Admin, and Business Development Duties:
Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications
Distribute documents such as ‘Hello’ Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find
Review client documents and fact-find sessions, and manage data entry and credit report requests
Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find
Understand lender policies associated with client product choices
Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature
Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen)
Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Review and adjust loan submissions to meet lender requirements and ensure high submission quality
Familiarize yourself with lender checklist requirements for loan submissions
Adhere to industry regulations, including those set by ASIC
Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related preferred.
2+ years’ experience in Australian loan administration.
Experience using MyCrm, Infinity, Podium, Mercury Nexus, etc preferred.
Experience in Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, etc preferred.
Permanent WFH role after initial office-based training
