Offer Description
Implement bioinformatics analyzes on proteomics and single cell data already collected from in vitro or animal models of neurodegenerative diseases such as Huntington and Alzheimer in order to identify mechanistic and potentially therapeutic targets.
Implement (or develop new) pipelines for the analysis of proteomics and RNAScope data acquired on cohorts of wild-type animals or models of neurodegenerative diseases to identify glial cell subtypes that are expressed in a neuroinflammatory pathological context during protein aggregation processes. Advise experimenters on the best design for the statistical exploitation of data. Write the documents necessary for the proper monitoring of studies (protocols and operating procedures, summaries of results, validation reports, study reports), Give presentations of projects to the team, Participate in the organization and proper management of the laboratory.
