Job Description: • Supports the Billing and Credentialing Manager and other billing associates.

• Achieves maximum reimbursement for services rendered by mental health providers.

– Submits, tracks, and investigates insurance claims.
– Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-Collects payments from clients.

• Spends time on the phone with insurance companies:

– Determines reasons for denied claims.
– Resolves issues with claims.

• Creates and analyzes reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reports directly to the Billing and Credentialing Manager.
• Requires adaptability to change and participation in daily meetings.
