What you will be doing:

Client Business Support (CBS) is a client focused processing department that enables the bank to demonstrate that a virtual bank can offer superior client experience by efficiently and effectively delivering on the promises made to our clients.

The CBS department is made up of several teams; each team plays a unique role in providing support for both Deposit/Chequing and Lending products.

Overall, Client Business Support is committed to delivering a ‘Wow’ experience. While we do not speak directly with our clients, we make sure we deliver on promises made to our clients!

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

• Manages the timely and accurate administration, verification, and funding of secured (mortgages) and unsecured lending products
• Handles a range of unsecured credit products, including Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, and Overdrafts
• Ensures all documentation, conditions, and approvals comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and delegated lending authorities
• Conducts prudent due diligence to support sound credit risk management
• Balances service excellence with operational efficiency and risk controls
• Acts as a key support resource for Lending partners and internal stakeholders
• Collaborates with external professionals to facilitate smooth and compliant lending fulfillment processes

• Administers, verifies, and funds secured (mortgages) and unsecured lending products accurately and on time
• Supports unsecured credit products including Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, and Overdrafts
• Ensures all lending documentation, conditions, and approvals meet internal policies and regulatory standards
• Adheres to delegated lending authority and prudent risk management practices
• Balances service excellence with operational efficiency and compliance
• Partners closely with Lending teams and internal stakeholders
• Coordinates with external professionals to ensure smooth and compliant loan fulfillment
