Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia

Our client, a leader in the multimedia industry, is looking to add a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to their remote team on a contract basis. This candidate can be located in BC or Alberta.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers to collect information and content for the client’s website

• Working alongside internal sales and production teams as a communication liaison between the company and the end client

• Assist clients throughout their website creation process and managing client expectations and publication deadlines

• Utilizing an internal CRM to update and access client information

Qualifications for this role include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

• 1 year of customer service experience

• Knowledge of website creation tools and programs

• Proficient with technology such as MS Office and CRM systems

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm PST / 9am – 5pm MST

Location: BC or Alberta – this is a 100% remote position, however may need to attend team events and meetings locally in the Vancouver

area
