Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, handle inbound and outbound calls, and accurately enter data.

Responsibilities

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer needs are met.

• Providing exceptional customer service to all clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Entering data accurately into the system to maintain up-to-date customer records.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data effectively.

• Assisting in order entry and scheduling appointments as necessary.

• Communicating effectively through email correspondence to keep clients informed and address their concerns.

• Utilizing your skills in the Spanish language to cater to a wider customer base. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated ability in data entry and order entry

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Excellent customer service skills and experience

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Highly skilled in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently

• Proficiency in the Spanish language is preferred

• Experience in the wholesale distribution industry is a plus
