Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Burbank, California

Description

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our competitive team. This candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish. The successful applicant will be responsible for listening to customer’s needs, responding to their questions, and providing real-time answers to their complaints, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle multiple customer contacts daily, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages.

• Work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.

• Be proficient in selling the company’s products or services.

• Maintain quality control and satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service.

• Coordinate with the team lead and the management to ensure that customer requests are processed in the most effective manner.

• Use language skills to effectively communicate information to customers with diverse language preferences.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and at least one other language.

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

• Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and steady way.

• Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new software.

• Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills.

Working Environment:

This is a remote position that requires a quiet and distraction-free environment. Reliable internet connection, a suitable workspace and the ability to deal professionally and effectively with staff members and clients are all necessary.
