Location: Full Remote (cannot accept candidates from CA)
Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun, 7am to 10pm CST – Will be scheduled an 8 hour shift with 2 days off *must be able to work anytime during this timeframe

Description:
The Remote Customer Service Representative, works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. In this position you represent one our leading healthcare clients assisting members with their insurance related needs. Examples include: Inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances and troubleshooting medical devices. All while providing a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Must be able to Hardwire (Cant work off WIFI)
Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
Minimum 6 months customer service experience (good job tenure, 1+ years or more in each position)
Verifiable High School diploma or GED
