Bilingual Backoffice Administrator – Fulltime in Toronto, Ontario

Role: Bilingual Backoffice Administrator

Line of Business: Client Onboarding (Top 3 Bank in Canada)

Employment Type: 6 month contract to start,

possibility of extension or going permanent

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office (Monday and Tuesday)

• FCP First Canadian Place-Office (100 King St W, Toronto, ON

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9-5 (may change depending on

team’s time zone)

Possibility of OT: Yes

Compensation: $22/h

Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors

• Open and set up client accounts

• Follow up on transfers

• Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management

• Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers

• Travel requirement, 1 week out of the 6 months

Must Haves:

• Bilingual – French & English

• 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account

openings

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Savvy with technology and data

• Experience in escalations and policy review

Nice to Have:

• Motivated to learn

• Interest in learning platforms

• Previous customer service experience

Education:

• Post-Secondary
