Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.When joining Tietoevry Create as a Bid Manager, youlead the bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposalscollaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to gather necessary information and resourcesemphasize the importance of meeting timelines to ensure timely submission of proposalsensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelinespresent proposals to stakeholders and address any questions or concernsmonitor and report on bid performance and outcomesWho we are looking forideally proven experience in bid management and/or contract management, preferably in the IT sectorstrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneouslyfamiliarity with “Bundesvergaberecht” and related procurement laws in Austria would be seen as an advantageexcellent written and verbal communication skillsability to handle discussions in German languagedetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving approachability to work collaboratively in a team environmentAs a person, we believe you are a team player who takes actions and demonstrates responsibility to organize your work and solve your tasks.
