  • Coordination of the whole bidding process (internal & external) from the proposal preparation to the conclusion of the contract within the framework of international tenders in the public (government eID, ePassport, Driver License, Vehicle Registration, qualified digital signature, e-voting , e-visa, transport) and the retail sector
  • Identification and evaluation of new tender opportunities (database research) and prioritization with the sales team
  • Planning, organizing, managing and controlling the bid as well as supporting the sales team in drawing up the bid-strategy and pricing strategy
  • Active involvement into the product and solution portfolio of the authentication & identification team
  • Organizing all necessary documents for the bid and the internal approval process
  • Maintain relationships with key partners & clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Risk assessment and alignment with the related corporate guidelines

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in technics (IT or electronics)
  • Proven track in Bid/Tender Management
  • Technical background in security printing, smart cards, semi-conductor industry, IT is an advantage
  • Knowledge of legal procedures/legal document handling
  • Flexible to work in a fast moving business environment with Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, other language eg. Spanish, French, Russian is an advantage
