Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic In-Office Team Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist Bell Kiosk agents by taking phone calls and helping to finalize sales with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that potential customers who are handed off by in-store agents receive exceptional service and are effectively closed, contributing to our overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answer incoming calls from Bell Kiosk agents who are transferring customers for further assistance and closing the sale process.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and concerns. 
  • Work with customers to finalize their purchases, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed. 
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Bell’s products and services to effectively assist customers and close sales. 
  • Accurately input and update customer information in the system. 
  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of sales. 
  • Collaborate with in-store agents and other team members to optimize the sales process and improve customer experiences. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close sales over the phone. 
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: Full-time position Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are between 10 am to 8 pm. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs. 
  • Location: This position is based in our office located in Mississauga. Remote work is not available for this role.
