Are you a Canadian passionate about driving positive change and shaping the future of work integration social enterprises (WISEs)? Seize this opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking research study conducted by Pitch Better and Dream Legacy Foundation. 

  

About the Study: 

Funded by the Employment and Social Development of Canada (ESDC) and spearheaded by Dr. Patience Adamu, PhD, an expert in race, labour market integration, and employment equity, our study is dedicated to combating anti-Black racism and oppression. We’re committed to evaluating the effectiveness of work social enterprises in facilitating job seekers’ integration into society and the job market. 

  

What You’ll Do: 

– Participate in a quick 15-minute online survey aimed at gathering valuable insights to inform policies and drive innovation in our community. 

– Share your firsthand experiences and insights regarding work integration social enterprises and labour market integration.

– Help shape policies and drive tangible change in your community by informing decision-making processes. 

– Gain exclusive access to resources and support provided by Dream Legacy Foundation, including virtual workshops, career development programs, and networking opportunities. 

– Be a driving force in promoting equity and inclusion in the labour market. 

  

Requirements: 

– Willingness to participate in additional research activities as needed. 

– Availability to engage in questionnaires, focus groups, and interviews as required.

  

Compensation: 

– Participants receive a $20 incentive for each year of the survey completed. 

– Participants may receive $75 for a one-on-one interview (Terms and Conditions apply). 

– Gain the chance to participate in Dream Legacy Foundation’s groundbreaking Entrepreneurship in Skilled Trades program.
