The OpportunityAs part of the Banking Ops team you lead teams to identify and assess risks and opportunities for improvement in banking processes. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You participate in client discussions, manage workstreams, and develop strategies to address client needs while maintaining project economics.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
