Job descriptionAviation Parts Executive is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients and helping them find the aviation parts they need. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.No previous sales experience required: Extensive training, mentorship and support provided.Schedule: 9AM-5PM hours with required availability for key customer appointmentsJob Type: Full-timeWork location: In-PersonSalary: $16/hour for the first 6 months, then $12/hour pay plus commission (Sales Milestone Bonus)Language Requirements: ENGLISH & SPANISH OR PORTUGUESEWhy Join Aviation Parts Executive?Requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

• Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
