Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audio Producer with 3-8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end audio production process, from project bidding and scheduling to final delivery. Working closely with our Toronto and Montreal studios, the Audio Producer will collaborate with casting agents, audio engineers, freelance professionals, agency producers and creatives to ensure high-quality output and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Bid on audio production projects, create detailed estimates and schedules, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Casting & Vendor Relations : Work closely with casting agents to source the right talent for projects. Review reels and maintain a roster of stock music companies to ensure the best vendor-creative match. Collaboration with Engineers: Coordinate and work alongside audio engineers and other production staff at our Toronto and Montreal studios. Find and book freelance engineers and voice directors as needed. Session Attendance : Attend recording and mixing sessions to ensure the creative vision and technical requirements are met.

Job Wrap-Up : Create completion reports and documentation to ensure a smooth wrap-up of projects. Client & Creative Team Liaison: Act as the bridge between clients, creative teams and production vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in audio production, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Excellent understanding of the audio production process, including recording, mixing, and post-production. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including advertising agencies, casting agents, engineers, freelancers, and vendors.

Experience creating detailed project estimates and schedules.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves: Existing relationships with casting agents, freelance engineers, and voice directors. Experience working across multiple studio locations or remote teams.

Experience in audio production for advertising is a strong asset
