Job Summary: | Under the general supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Services, the incumbent will provide intensive academic support to an assigned group of identified student-athletes, some of whom may have diagnosed or undiagnosed disabilities or disorders which impact academic performance. This position supports students one-on-one and in small groups to develop study skills, to promote skill development within the content areas of the student’s courses, and to assess the student’s academic needs to determine the necessity for additional academic support and/or individualized academic plans. The incumbent may also provide additional support in the form of academic advising, monitoring academic performance and class attendance, and monitoring eligibility. Occasional evenings and weekends are required to meet student needs. Additional administrative duties as assigned. |

Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
