RedR UK is recruiting qualified, experienced individuals to join our pool of Associate Trainers and Consultants.

We are currently looking for experts currently based in Ukraine with WASH and engineering experience and advanced Ukrainian language skills to join our network. Our Associate Trainers are engaged in many ways, including developing new training materials, facilitating training courses and hosting capacity building events.

Our current priority is to recruit learning and development professionals with expert level knowledge in:

-Modern water treatment and supply systems

-Water quality (including EU Standards, use of chlorine for disinfection, and water safety planning)

-Wastewater treatment and discharge management

-Energy efficiency and power optimisation

-Policy, asset management, and strategic planning in water management

-EU standards and best practices in environmental sustainability and gender and inclusion

Trainers must be based in Ukraine with availability for in-country travel over the next year.

If you are an experienced humanitarian or WASH engineer, are familiar with adult learning, participatory training approaches, can facilitate participatory learning activities, manage group dynamics, and enable a group to learn together, then we would like to hear from you.

RedR UK will provide training, coaching and mentoring support to successful candidates, access to RedR UK training materials, and an opportunity to deliver RedR UK training courses upon completion of the onboarding.
