Job Description
The Associate Ticket Director serves as a member of the ticket office team that is committed to service excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and advancing the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. Manages ticket operations for assigned sports and/or events including event programming, invoicing, allocation, distribution and coordinating ticketing needs for marketing, promotions and event operations. Oversees database and data warehouse management as well as data analytics initiatives. Provides onsite support and management during football games and other select events. Assists in the general management of the ticket office including operational and customer service duties and supervision of student staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Required: At least 2 years of experience in ticketing operations, customer service, and supervision of part-time staff. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Position requires ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
Desired Qualifications

Operational knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Host ticketing system.

Additional Information:

Target Hiring Salary Range $53,000 annually

By the start of employment, all newly hired employees must receive at least the first dose of a two-dose series or a single dose of a one-dose series COVID-19 vaccination. Candidates may request a medical or religious exemption from the vaccination requirement. Campus employees may also request an exemption for personal reasons. Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, College of Medicine or OSUP Employees are not eligible for personal exemptions. All exemptions are subject to Ohio State’s approval and subject to change, including revocation, due to legal and regulatory requirements.
