Key responsibilities in Finance Operations on Fixed Assets and Accounts Payables functions

• To support the administration of Fixed Assets function such as asset acknowledgement, asset verification, asset capitalization etc
• To support the verification and maintenance of suppliers’ records
• To support the documentation of Finance standard operating procedures and processes
• To assist with the processing of supplier invoices, claims and payment
• To assist with creditors reconciliation
• To assist with User Acceptance Testing for system implementation/enhancement
• To assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience on accounting in the areas of Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets.
• Independent and meticulous worker as well as an excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of language and effective communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Concur and SAP Ariba will be an added advantage
