Associate professor

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, is offering a position for work for one Associate professor.

Applicants should fulfill the conditions stipulated in the Croatian Law on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (Zakon o znanstvenoj djelatnosti i visokom obrazovanju, NN no. 123/03, 198/03, 105/04, 174/04, 2/07. – Resolution USRH, 46/07, 45/09, 63/11, 94/13, 139/13, 101/14, 60/15 and 131/17) and the regulations based upon it.

In addition to the signed job application, applicants should attach:

a) CV

b) copy of passport or ID

c) copies of all appropriate diplomas

d) an overview of teaching and professional activities

e) a copy of proof of professional experience

f) a list and offprints of relevant publications

g) relevant publications

The curriculum vitae, an overview of the applicant’s scientific research, teaching and professional activity and a list of works should be submitted in both paper and electronic form (1 CD copy).

If applicants obtained their qualifications abroad, it is necessary to attach a document confirming the recognition of these foreign higher education qualifications. Foreign nationals should also attach certified proof of knowledge of the Croatian language (advanced knowledge).
