Job Scope:

Setup display project booths and provide logistics support for events and outreach activities

Prepare IoT devices/laptops/desktops/tablets/equipment for lab classes and outreach workshops

Support lab operations and maintenance for operability, safety and cleanliness

Assist in the procurement process of drafting requirements, sourcing for quotations from suppliers, award recommendation, goods receipt and invoice processing

Assist in the inventory management of infrastructure systems, electronic equipment/peripherals, computing and IoT devices

Maintain up-to-date software and OS patches for workstations, laptops and servers

Basic server administration and cybersecurity compliance

Technical and admin support for selected classes and student exams

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in a Computing or Engineering, or any other equivalent educational qualification is preferred

At least two to three year of related working experience is preferred

Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Self-motivated, service-oriented and ability to work independently as well as in a team
