| Job Summary | BOWDOIN COLLEGE is hiring an Associate Director of Talent Strategy/Human Resources to join their growing HR team in Brunswick, ME. Bowdoin offers opportunities in a workplace that combine vision and tradition, value each person’s contributions, and encourage professionalism and personal growth. The Associate Director of Talent Strategy will have a core focus on creating and implementing talent acquisition strategy across all divisions as well as leading the charge for employment law, onboarding, employment regulations, and compliance and will serve in a consultative and advisory role to department heads.
