Associate Analyst, Data Analytics

Role Summary

Utilizes advanced systems skills to provide senior team members with data required to make workforce planning decisions. May work to resolve escalated issues and provide guidance to more junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews forecasting and planning processes input from junior team members and provides recommendations to management on opportunities to improve and update systems.
• Acts as a key resource to business leaders using workforce planning software to help senior team members.
• Provides recommendations to more senior team members or management on new or alternative processes to manage complex issues.
• Aggregates and reports on effectiveness of process changes and future initiatives to inform decision-making of more senior team members and management.
• Performs ad-hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
• 2+ years of total relevant work experience
• Proficiency with SQL and Python

Preferred:

• Experience with Snowflake and JupyterHub
• Ability to develop and communicate analytical results and insights for partners at all levels within the organization, including senior management.
• Strong interpersonal skills:  ability to build the trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through on-going dialogue and interactions, and collaborate well with others.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$58,500 – $100,00 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
