The Assistant Registrar, School of Medicine, will prepare and coordinate all aspects of the international and domestic visiting student process for the School of Medicine. The incumbent will also assist the School of Medicine Registrar in scheduling and maintaining records for medical students. The incumbent will facilitate domestic and international away clinical rotation for medical students.

Department Details:The Office of Student Affairs (SA) in the School of Medicine is a comprehensive multi-functional office providing advising, student services, programs, activities, and information to medical students. The functional areas include: Dean of Students, Registrar, advising, academic student support, career counseling, and student activities. These areas are structured to enhance the intellectual experience and the feeling of well-being of our students. Additionally, they facilitate career and academic planning, provide leadership opportunities and direct professional development. The office is the central repository of medical student information. It is also the liaison to all offices in the School requiring student information. The Office of Student Affairs initiates services at matriculation and continues that support for students through graduation and into residency and practice.
