| Position Qualifications: |
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: An earned doctorate in rehabilitation education or a closely related field from a CACREP counselor education program, graduate level teaching experience, potential to develop a scholarly line of research/publications, potential for successful grant writing, and experience in direct delivery of vocational rehabilitation services. The successful applicant will be a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or CRC eligible, and a Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC eligible. Desired: Experience in leading federally funded applied research projects, post-doctoral training in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, and advanced training or experience in qualitative (e.g., NVivo) and quantitative data analysis (i.e., SPSS) is desired. The successful applicant will have an established line of research and peer-reviewed publications relating to the intersection of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) and employment disparities among multiply marginalized persons with disabilities. |
