Columbia University’s Department of Political Science invites applications for a position in international relations at any academic rank, from tenure-track assistant professor to tenured full professor.
Candidates will be expected to sustain an active research and publication agenda and teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs. All candidates must have excellent scholarship and excellent promise for future development as scholars and teachers. The department is particularly interested in candidates who can contribute to teaching and research on any aspect of international relations and IR theory, including international security, nuclear weapons, U.S. foreign policy, gender, race, climate change, international law and human rights, and international political economy.
