Assistant Professor

A candidate for the position should have:

 PhD degree in biology or ecology;

 knowledge in the field of aquatic plant ecology and research of stable isotopes in aquatic ecosystems supported by scientific publications;

 knowledge of techniques used in breeding experiments;

 min. 3-month research internship;

 experience in field work in water ecosystems;

 experience in preparing research projects proposals, documented by received and realized grants will be an advantage;

 documented participation in scientific conferences;

 knowledge of functional and specialized (eg. Statistica, R, Canoco, ArcGis) computer software as well as computer graphics and presentation techniques;

 ability to work in a team;

 experience in conducting classes at the academic level;

 knowledge of Polish and English at a level enabling the preparation of scientific publications and the preparation and conducting of academic classes.
