Job Summary: | The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking tenure-track faculty with expertise in computing systems for next-generation autonomous systems. Key areas of interest include, but are not limited to, computer architecture, computer-aided design, autonomous networks and IoT, security and privacy, embedded systems, and energy harvesting. The faculty hired through this initiative will be expected to excel in foundational research while building on existing strengths within the department and across campus through high-quality interdisciplinary collaborative activities. |

Responsibilities: | Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and contributing to curriculum updates and innovations; mentoring graduate students and supervising their research; developing and directing a strong, extramurally funded research program; participating in departmental and university faculty governance; and contribution to professional and public service. |
