● conducting research activities in the field of exact and natural sciences, the discipline of biological sciences, including obtaining external funds for the implementation of research projects;
● preparing and conducting didactic classes in the field of inorganic, organic, physical, analytical chemistry in Polish and English;
● dissemination of research results in the form of scientific publications in journals indexed in the SCOPUS or Web of Science database;
● participation in workshops and trainings improving didactic and research qualifications as well as professional competences;
● participation in organizational work for the benefit of the unit and the university;
● other tasks assigned by the head of the unit, resulting from the profile and nature of the unit and the university.
● holds at least a doctoral degree in exact and natural sciences in the discipline of biological sciences or in related sciences;
● has didactic experience related to conducting classes in the field of inorganic and organic chemistry.
● has research experience in the field of chemical and microbiological modification of structural natural compounds and identification of organic compounds using analytical and spectroscopic methods;
● has skills in the use of analytical equipment (m.in gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, as well as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy);
● has skills in conducting in vitro tests of the activity of biological organic compounds such as antioxidant and others;
● has scientific achievements published in scientific journals indexed in the Scopus database and / or Web of Science, (as a lead author with a total Impact Factor of at least 20);
● has scientific achievements in the form of speeches at scientific conferences and seminars;
● has experience in the implementation and/or management of research projects financed from external sources, m.in: ERC, NCN, NCBR, MEiN, MRiRW;
● has a certificate in the form of a decision on granting and/or settling a research project – in the case of experience in project management;
● knows the language of Polish in speech and writing;
● knows English at the level of min. B2;
● meets the criteria set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science:
– enjoy full public rights;
– has full legal capacity;
– has not been convicted by a final judgment for an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal crime;
– has not been punished with a disciplinary penalty of expulsion from work from an HEI with a ban on performing work in HEIs for a period of 6 months to 5 years or deprivation of the right to practice as an academic teacher for a period of 10 years.
