We, in the Estates Development Division cover all aspects of project delivery associated with the University’s Capital Programme that enhance the experience of all students and staff. We have over 250 buildings at Queen’s, 100 of which are listed. We have delivered over £350M of capital delivery over the last 10 years with an even bigger projected spend over the next 10 years, delivering our sustainable development goals for our community.

We are also currently rolling out a Digital Transformation programme, so you will have the ability to influence our service offering ensuring we are purpose ready for the delivery of our next Estates Strategy 2022-2032. No Better time to Join!!!

Are you excited about delivering world-class infrastructure, bringing creativity and new ideas and making a positive difference? Do you have an excellent understanding of minor works capital projects (<£250K) project management and relish the opportunity to play a leading role in a dynamic, diverse and inclusive team to progress the delivery of our Minor Works, Planned Maintenance and Life Cycle Projects across the University?
