| Job Summary: | The Multicultural Initiatives Manager (Business Title: Assistant Director, Operations and Outreach) is an integral member of the Multicultural Student Center (MSC) staff, primarily responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of programmatic initiatives and partnerships that support students of color in their co-curricular involvement and leadership development. |

| Responsibilities: | Develops, evaluates and implements multicultural programs and recruitment efforts in order to support underrepresented students’ success and enrollment. Develops internal partnerships in support of program awareness and providing student interventions, as needed.
