| Description | The Assistant Director of Tuition Planning & Student Services will manage, lead and provide hands-on direction to the team responsible for one-stop service center (phones/call center, emails, and counter) for student financial services. In addition, this position will lead efforts to perform outreach for unit. Examples: call campaigns, webinars, open-houses, financial literacy, exit & entrance counseling. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President of Student Financial Services for customer service activities and will continue to work with Director for Tuition Planning on all outreach and decisions made concerning appeals for enhanced financial aid award. A successful candidate must have a strong understanding of financial aid and student accounts practices and policies. Must demonstrate highly developed skills in analysis, monitoring, reporting and control, as well as superior management skills needed to maximize organizational resources and improve the customer experience; review, update, and document policies, procedures, and practices. |

| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree, plus 5 years related experience, 4 of which are in a financial aid office with supervisory capacity or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
