| Primary Purpose of Position | The Assistant Director of Affinity Networks is responsible for managing alumni affinity networks which are defined as groups of alumni who share common identities, passions and connection points. The position is responsible for strategically developing programs, activities and communications to connect, serve and engage alumni within each affinity network. These networks include the Black Alumni Chapter, Legacy Alumni Network, Alumni Campus Employees (ACE), Asian-American Pacific-Islander Alumni Network, LGBTQIA+ Alumni Network and Latinx/a/o Alumni Network. The Assistant Director of Affinity Networks is also responsible for the creation and management of additional networks. |
| Minimum Education/Experience | Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. University Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from a four year college or university and at least three years of program associate experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. |
