Harvard Business School’s Doctoral Programs consist of 130+ students across 8 different programs. Join a small, dynamic and dedicated team, where you will have the opportunity to focus on a range of higher education administration; the Doctoral Programs Office manages admissions, course planning, registration and enrollment, student services, progress tracking, career planning, and commencement.
This role specifically focuses on student advising and admissions, reporting to the Director, Doctoral Programs.
Reporting to the Director, Doctoral Programs the Assistant Director will be given specific responsibilities for:

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.
